A member company should adhere to the following conditions for membership:

– Be legally and operationally independent
– Be represented on the TTSWG by the Chief Executive – Officer or board-level representative with overall responsibility for sustainable development
– Nominate a Liaison Delegate, to manage the relationship with the TTSWG and ensure optimum benefit for, and engagement of, the member company
– Be willing to be actively involved in the TTSWG work program through making their in-house competence and appropriate manpower resources available
– Strive for consistency in their advocacy
– Actively support the objectives and work plan of TTSWG as approved by the Board.
– Agree to have its sustainability report reviewed and benchmarked by TTSWG via a confidential process using transparent and objective criteria
– Provide notice of a decision to withdraw from membership ultimately 45 calendar days before the end of the calendar year, with membership resignation taking effect the following year.
